Refunds

We aim to make shopping easy and straightforward. We only refund orders that fit the rules below. After we say yes to a return, we'll send the money back in 3 to 5 days. It usually takes 7 to 10 days to show up in your account, give or take, depending on your bank. Note that shipping costs aren't refundable.

When You Can Get a Refund

You might get a refund if:

* You cancel within 24 hours, and we haven't shipped yet.
* You return a damaged product, and we approve the return based on our return policy.

You can't get a refund if:

* You cancel after 24 hours.
* We've already sent the product.
* Your return doesn't meet our rules.

How Long Refunds Take

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Give it about 7 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

If you cancel a COD order before it ships, we'll give you a full or partial refund (if you paid anything upfront). If you cancel after we ship or more than one hour after ordering, we'll deduct a fee to cover shipping and processing. This fee cannot be refunded.
