Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Refunds are processed only for orders that meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.
After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • The order was cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.

  • The product was returned and approved based on our Return Policy (damaged product only).

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The cancellation request is made after 24 hours, or

  • The product has already been dispatched from our warehouse, or

  • The return request does not meet the return eligibility criteria.

Refund Timeline & Mode

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the same mode of payment used during purchase.

  • Please allow 7–10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank or payment account.

Refund for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial payment refund (if an advance payment exists) may be processed.

  • If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or more than 1 hour after placing the order, a non-refundable deduction will apply to cover processing and dispatch costs.

Important Notes

  • No refund will be processed without prior approval from our support team.

  • Refunds are issued only after verifying order status and eligibility.
