Once your order is shipped, you will receive either an email or a text message from us. Here’s what you get:

* Your tracking ID * The name of the delivery company; * A link which allows you to track your package

Usually, there is a tracking number within 24 hours after shipping.

How to track your package:

1. Open our mail or a letter to a mobile phone. 2. Click on the tracking link. 3. The entire route of the order and the time of receipt will be displayed before your eyes.

If the link is not working or the information is taking time to update, be patient. Sometimes couriers get delayed, or there are minor technical difficulties.

If two days have passed since you made an order and you haven’t heard anything, just contact us with your Order ID. We’ll put it right.
