Return Policy

We pack each product with care. Sometimes things get damaged. If you get something that's not in good shape we are ready to help you with the Return Policy. We only take returns for items so here is what you need to know about the Return Policy:

* You have 7 days from when you get the delivery to ask for a return if something is damaged or does not work with the Return Policy.

* Items should be unused and in the box they came in which is a part of the Return Policy.

* We might ask for a photo or video to see the damage before we approve the return as per the Return Policy.

Exchange/Replacement Policy

If you want to exchange or replace something let us know within 7 days of getting it. We will help you with the Exchange/Replacement Policy.

* Once it is approved we will send out the item in 2–3 business days as stated in the Exchange/Replacement Policy.

* It should get to you in 3-7 business days after we get the returned item back and check it out following the Exchange/Replacement Policy.

Who Can Return Stuff?

You need to ask for a return within a time frame, which is part of the Return Policy.

* You need to ask for a return within 2 days of the delivery according to the Return Policy.

* We only take returns if the product was damaged when it got to you which is the reason for the Return Policy.

* You cannot return something just because you do not like the taste changed your mind do not like the box or anything else that is not about damage as clearly stated in the Return Policy.

How to Ask for a Return

To start a return send an email to mahimahealthyfoods@gmail.com. We will guide you through the Return Policy.

Include these details:

* Order ID

* Photos or video of the damaged product

* Video of you opening the box if you have one

Once we check it out and say it is okay we will let you know how to return the item or get a replacement as per the Return Policy.

Important Things to Remember

If you send something back without us saying it is okay first we will not accept it so please follow the Return Policy.

* The product needs to be in its packaging with all the tags and extras it came with which is crucial, for the Return Policy.

* We do not take returns of opened or partly used products as stated in the Return Policy.
