Return Policy
We carefully pack every product, but if you receive a damaged item, we are here to help. Returns are accepted only for damaged products and must follow the guidelines below:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for return approval.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchange or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Eligibility for Returns
A return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted exclusively for products that arrive damaged.
Products cannot be returned for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, dislike of packaging, or any non-damage concern.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at mahimahealthyfoods@gmail.com
with the following details:
Order ID
Photos/video of the damaged product
Unboxing video (if available)
Once the request is verified and approved, our team will share the return pickup or replacement process.
Important Notes
Items returned without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all labels and accessories (if applicable).
We do not support open-box or partially consumed returns.
