Return Policy

We carefully pack every product, but if you receive a damaged item, we are here to help. Returns are accepted only for damaged products and must follow the guidelines below:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for return approval.

Exchange / Replacement Policy
Exchange or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be dispatched within 2–3 business Days and delivered with in 3-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Eligibility for Returns

  • A return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted exclusively for products that arrive damaged.

  • Products cannot be returned for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, dislike of packaging, or any non-damage concern.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at mahimahealthyfoods@gmail.com

with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/video of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video (if available)

Once the request is verified and approved, our team will share the return pickup or replacement process.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all labels and accessories (if applicable).

  • We do not support open-box or partially consumed returns.
